Refund and Return Policy

At Half Price Print, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to cancel an order or request a refund. Our policy is designed to assist you in such situations, ensuring transparency and fairness. This policy applies to all orders and does not override your rights under applicable Consumer Protection Acts.

As our products are customised to client specifications, customers are encouraged to report any discrepancies or defects within three working days of receiving the order. Feedback can be submitted via email at (orders@halfpriceprint.com).

Returning Non-Defective Items:

To be eligible for a return of non-defective items, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received.
  • It should be unused and unworn and include all original tags.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process the return.

If the returned order fulfills the above-mentioned conditions, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Defects from the Company Side:

If the defect is confirmed to be from our side, we will take responsibility and reprint the entire order at no additional cost. The decision regarding defects and liability will be final and at the discretion of the company.

Customers must return the defective order within 07 working days and bear the return shipping costs. Digital evidence, such as photographs, must also be provided to initiate reprinting.

Defects from the Client Side:

If the defect arises due to client error but a refund is still requested, the client must return the entire order. Shipping, product setup, printing, and billing costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom Products: Personalised items such as custom stamps, engraved products, or special orders.
  • Personal Care Goods: Items intended for personal use.
  • Hazardous Materials: Products containing flammable liquids or gases.
  • Sale items or gift cards.

Special Cases | Exemptions

Specific cases are beyond our control and do not come under this policy, including but not limited to the following:

  • Wrong or invalid delivery addresses, numerous delivery attempts, or further mistakes made by you.
  • Noticing the damages or errors in the order after having received the shipment.
  • We have the authority to have you return the original order before reprinting or refunding your products.
  • Half Price Print is not accountable for any damages or claims incurred by you or your company rendered by receiving printed materials that are faulty or incomplete or that you receive after the assessed delivery date.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 4 hours after proof approval for your artwork.
  • If the order is canceled before we return your data for proofing, a 5% cancellation fee will apply.
  • If you cancel the order after we send your data for proofing, a cancellation fee of 10% of the total order cost will apply.
  • A cancellation fee of 100% of the total order cost will apply if you cancel the order after accepting proof and the order status shows printing.
  • Cancellation requests made after 12 to 24 hours will not be eligible for a refund as the printing process begins.

In such cases, we offer a free warehouse facility to store your order until it is needed, and we can ship it upon request.

Note: If the customer has made payments through a credit card, the amount will be returned to the same credit card.

Important

  • Refunds and reprints are conditional on providing evidence and adhering to timelines.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the client's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
  • While these materials will not be sold or shared with any third party, we have the right to showcase samples of your orders/products in our office and on halfpriceprint.ae.
