Shipping Policy

Half Price Print provides reliable shipping services across the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Clients in these regions are entitled to free shipping on all orders. For shipments outside these areas, a nominal shipping fee will be applied to cover logistics.

Duties and Custom

For our international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other important fees that may apply during delivery. Therefore, you are advised to get information regarding your local customs services and charges.

Order processing time

Our team will start processing your order once payment is received. Our normal processing time is within 10 to 12 business days. However, we will keep you updated regarding how far your order has reached in the process.

Standard Turnaround Time

Our standard turnaround time in the UAE is 8 to 10 working days from the dispatch date. However, our delivery time may alter when working with international clients due to shipping destination and customs clearance procedures.

Throughout your package delivery time, we will keep in touch with you to answer any query regarding shipment. We strive to meet these timelines but factors like custom delays are beyond our control and may affect delivery time.

Shipping delays

Half Price Print is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier companies.
  • Unavoidable circumstances such as severe weather or political issues - strikes, lockouts, riots, floods, earthquakes, casualty, lack of transportation, litigation, insurrection, war, inability to procure required materials, and other acts of failure beyond our control.
  • Government authorities, including customs and clearance departments.
  • Incorrect or incomplete order details or shipping addresses provided by the client.

Incorrect Address and Unclaimed Shipment

  • If the client provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, the shipment will be returned to us. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs to send the order to the updated address.
  • Unclaimed shipments returned to us will require the client to bear the reshipment costs for re-delivery.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If you get an order damaged or gets lost during transit, then please notify us immediately. We will discuss the matter with our shipping courier and resolve all the issues and make sure there is satisfactory agreement.

Quantity Delivered

We seek to provide the exact quantity requested; however, due to the hurdles of achieving specific production quantities, orders are subject to a margin of up to 5% above or under the calculated amount. Any such changes will be accommodated on a run-on cost basis, either charged or deducted accordingly.
